Scheduling an appointment lets us know you’re coming, so we can be prepared to service your vehicle. We always do our best to get you in at a time that is convenient for you. While we do accept walk-ins, you may not get in right away which may extend wait times. This also may result in having to come back when we have time or the parts needed for your repairs.
If we can get you in without an appointment we are glad to do so. If you would like to do this it is best to contact us before you come. This will ensure that (A) We are able to fit you in our schedule, and (B) We have the parts you need to perform the required work.
Feel free to contact us for cost estimates. We will always be sure to get you the most accurate estimate for your repairs for services. If during any repairs any extenuating circumstances arrive, we will contact you before any charges may be incurred. We will not perform any work that will add cost to your repair bill without approval from you.
You can drop off your vehicle with our staff during business hours, or put your keys one of our envelopes, fill it out and put in the night drop box.
Often customers prefer to walk in for maintenance work on their vehicle. It’s important to ensure before attempting to walk in that we have the parts required for any services being requested. This is the reason we generally advise scheduling an appointment, as we can be sure to get what you need ahead of time.
Diagnosing problems on a vehicle with accuracy is impossible without bringing your vehicle in to get looked at. For this reason we would advise setting up a time that allows us the time we need to look at the vehicle properly. When coming for repair or diagnostic we will take a look at the vehicle, prepare cost estimates for your repairs and submit them to you for approval. No additional charges will be incurred without your approval.

If you are looking to have performance work done on your vehicle, you will need to verify we have the parts you need. In the event any further customization is required to make your aftermarket parts work, we will contact your before any additional cost are incurred.

Picking up can be done during business hours. To make this process as easy as possible we can accept your payment ahead of time to prevent any delays upon arrival. We are always glad to go over the repairs performed and answer any question you might have.
