Yes you can walk in without an appointment, but please note this may result in extended wait times, and that we may not necessarily have the parts required for all installations or availability. It is best to set up an appointment ahead of time
Can you Perform Aftermarket Warranty Repairs?
Yes! We would be glad to work with your aftermarket warranty company to get your vehicle repaired.
Can you Perform Factory Warranty Repairs?
We cannot. Your new car warranty is honored by the VW or Audi. Repairs covered by your factory warranty can only be performed by a VW or Audi dealership.
Can you Perform recalls?
No we cannot. Recalls can only be performed by an Authorized VW or Audi Dealer.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes you can. When the parts are purchased from DAP Repair or ShopDAP.com we offer a 1 year warranty on the parts. When you provide the parts it will be up to you to handle any potential warranty issues with those parts as DAP Repair will not be able to warranty parts purchased elsewhere.
Do you Perform State Inspections?
Not at this time.
Will you Work on my Non VW or Audi vehicle?
Yes. While we specialize in VW and Audi, we understand that when our customer find someone they trust they would like to service other vehicles in the same place. With that said, models outside of our specialty we may require more time or special tools we do not have to complete some repairs. This may result in our inability to perform certain Non VW or Audi services.
Do you warranty your parts and labor?
Yes, we offer a 12 month/ 12,000 mile year parts and labor warranty for failure of a part supplied by us.
Do you Perform Alignments?
No, We are sorry but we do not perform alignments at this time.
